I typically begin by conducting thorough research and brainstorming, which involves performing audits, analyzing data, interviewing users, and holding workshops. To ensure that my solutions are user-centric and aligned with business needs, I use frameworks such as design thinking, the revamped Double Diamond, and Google's Design Sprint if applicable, as well as human-centered design principles.

For remote collaboration and workshop facilitation, I regularly utilize Miro. As for design and prototyping, I primarily use Figma or Webflow. I always consider data and feedback collection in products to make necessary changes in the future to improve the experience and business. In fact, I often rely on automatic data collection and reporting.

Once design is ready, I present or prototype the solution to validate all goals and make any necessary changes in collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, or users. Afterwards, I meticulously document all the important aspects of the design. In some cases, I collaborate with developers for a smooth handoff or write user stories for their agile planning tool. Once implemented, I conduct rigorous testing of the coded product to ensure that the original design aligns with the final product and has all the intended features and perks.

For larger projects, I may build a design system or at least a UI kit for reusable components to save time for further implementation.
